As Managing Director of Nalpa Pastoral Co. and throughout his brilliant 40 year career, Withers has consistently displayed the dedication and diligence required to be successful.

Nalpa is a family owned and managed property on the shores of Lake Alexandrina that produces commercial beef and lamb as well as providing stud services. Their main business is beef cattle production. Cross breeding with the Simmental bull over Poll Shorthorn cows provides them with low cost, hardy cattle with progeny that can be sold at a premium in a variety of markets as they develop.

Phillip is a cattleman of the highest caliber who is incharge of managing the property and staff. His livestock breeding and understanding is exceptional. He has judged at Royal Shows throughout Australia and is an expert in breeding Simmental.

Withers was Marticulated at Scotch College for General Studies and was also educated at the American Herdsman Institute. He is a Board Member of the Royal Agriculture & Horticulture Society of South Australia. Phillip enjoys playing cricket in the time away from his busy schedule.
