Kenneth Stratton facilitates agricultural productivity gains

Stratton, Manager of Technical Support for the Eastern Commercial Products Department of Krone NA, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in agricultural technical services.

Kenneth Stratton was named to the position of Manager of Technical Support for the Eastern Commercial Products Department of Krone NA, Inc. in 2007. As a child, he grew up in an agricultural community and was fascinated by the equipment used for harvesting. After earning a bachelor of science in agriculture systems technology from Murray State University in Kentucky in 2003, he entered the workforce with an aptitude and desire to administer technical support and service training to owners, dealers and in-house staff.

Today, he enjoys conducting seminars and demonstrating harvesting equipment such as disc mowers, round balers, rotary rakes and tedders. He is also responsible for administering technical support to field staff, troubleshooting equipment problems, ensuring the compliance of equipment with industry standards, and training staff on equipment use. He celebrates three years at his current post, recognized for his excellence in customer support and troubleshooting. Crediting his success to his supportive colleagues, Mr. Stratton plans to continue to broaden his knowledge of the industry with Krone NA, Inc. as he moves forward.
