Frost to the ranks of leading professionals due to his magnificent work in the Agriculture Industry. As Managing Director of White Gum Apples Pty. Ltd. since 2002, Simon has consistently displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be successful in the business world.

White Gum Apples Pty Ltd, located at Barkers Creek, near Harcourt in Central Victoria, is a 100% Australian owned family business dedicated to providing the best natural fruit juices available anywhere. Harcourt Apple juice was first produced in 1992 with the purpose of supplying a pure, fresh, locally produced apple juice, which retains the natural refreshing taste of real apples. More than a decade later, the traditional cold pressing techniques are still used to produce superior apple and pear juices.

Simon and his wife Vicki purchased the company in 2002 and the business has grown from strength to strength, building a new production facility alongside The Little Red Apple, their thriving fruit and vegetable business which the couple has owned since 1993. In 2006, they completed a major upgrade of their juice production equipment which has allowed the business to expand and their products are now available throughout a much larger area.

When they have time away from their other operations, Simon and Vicki spend time with their other passion, which is Jaara Farm. Located adjacent to The Little Red Apple, Jaara Farm is renowned for producing top grade Hydroponic Basil and great Free Range Eggs.

Simon is responsible for managing the daily operations of manufacturing and distribution. He has a great wealth of experience as well as numerous years in the industry. In his leisure time, Simon is involved with various sporting clubs and he takes great pleasure in making donations to them.
